Medication must be taken correctly for the therapy to be safe and effective. takewithfood.org provides access to the takewithfood database of edited but complete and concise information from the FDA on the administration and handling of oral medications in brief, patient-friendly, and clinician-level formats. It also provides a simple account system to remember a medication list for future reference.

The database is under active development. We take requests for medication additions to be fast-tracked.
